Health & Safety Precautions at the EA Rawlinson Centre for the Arts

The health and safety of the public is important.  As the number of COVID cases and hospitalizations increase in the Province, measures are being put in place to help reduce the risk of the spread of the COVID-19 virus. 

 

Given this, in accordance with the current Government of Saskatchewan Public Heath Order for Mandatory Isolation and Face Covering that was effective September 17, 2021, the City of Prince Albert is following the Mandatory Masking for Indoor Public Spaces. 

 

In addition, in accordance with the Government of Saskatchewan’s announcement, the City of Prince Albert is following the new Proof of Vaccination or Negative Covid-19 Test Policy effective October 1, 2021.

To Whom The Regulations Apply:

  • Members of the Public 13 years and older

  • Children that are 12 years of age before October 13, 2021 have until January 11, 2022 (90 days) to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Children that turn 12 after October 13, 2021 will have 90 days after their birthday to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Members of the Public 12 years and older are required to provide evidence of being fully vaccinated or proof of a negative COVID-19 test before being allowed in the EA Rawlinson Centre for the Arts, along with required ID for those 18 and older.

  • Youth aged 12-17 also need to show ID unless accompanied by an adult with proof of vaccination and ID.  Youth aged 12 to 17, visiting without an adult, who do not have photo identification are allowed to present other forms of government issued identification such as birth certificate or health services card.

  • Evidence of being fully vaccinated or proof of a negative COVID-19 test must be produced each time a person attends the facility for this purpose.  Evidence and proof are only being scanned and are not being saved for any future use.

 

Vaccination and COVID-19 Testing:

 

  • Fully vaccinated individuals are those who have received 2 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine and 14 days have passed since the individual received the last dose.

 

  • Options for Evidence of being fully Vaccinated include:

    • Wallet cards received at time of immunization;

    • A printed copy of your MySaskHealthRecord (MSHR) vaccine certificate (with or without a QR code);

    • A screenshot of your MSHR vaccine certificate (with or without a QR code) saved to your device;

    • A screenshot of your MSHR vaccine certificate (with or without a QR code) saved to your device;

    • An earlier version of your MSHR COVID-19 vaccine certificate;

    • A COVID-19 vaccine printout from Saskatchewan Health Authority Public Health; or,

    • A QR code/MySaskHealthRecord vaccine certificate uploaded to SK Vax Wallet.

The following individuals are required to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test from within the previous 72 hours of entry:

  • Individuals who do not have proof of vaccination, which includes partially vaccinated individuals; and,

  • Individuals who have medical or religious exemptions that prohibit them from receiving a COVID-19 vaccine.

  • Only COVID-19 PCR or rapid antigen test results provided by certified healthcare providers, including private providers will be accepted.

  • A self-administered take-home rapid antigen test will not be accepted as valid proof of negative COVID-19 test results.

  • The cost for all proof of negative test results will be the responsibility of the individual.

Any individual receiving evidence of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test is only authorized to view the documentation provided for verification purposes.  The information provided for verification purposes is not to be reproduced for any reason in any form.  All information viewed or verbally discussed with the individual for the purpose of evidence/proof is to be kept strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to anyone.
