Kate Ryan is a Canadian-born circus artist, comedian, director, and producer whose vibrant performances have lit up stages across 25 countries. Her one-woman comedy circus show is a masterclass in physical comedy and circus spectacle—featuring everything from hula hoops and acrobatics to magic, quick changes, and clowning. Known for her impeccable timing and magnetic stage presence, Kate has worked with prestigious clients including Cirque Dreams, Cartoon Network, and MSC Cruises.

Offstage, Kate is the founder and artistic director of The Little Red Ball Company, where she directs, produces, and tours original works, including contemporary circus films. Her digital film work, supported by the Canada Council for the Arts, earned accolades such as “Audience Choice: Feature Film” at the Circus International Film Festival. As a humanitarian, she’s collaborated with Spark Circus and contributed to social circus initiatives around the globe. Kate’s work continues to push boundaries—reimagining the circus arts through film, live performance, and international collaboration.
