The EARCandy Weekend Music Festival is offering an onsite marketplace to make the weekend a true outdoor concert experience!

If you'd like to take part, here are a few things to keep in mind:

​

1) all stalls will have to be removed completely for Saturday evening's drive-in concert.

​

2) payment processing will be the responsibility of the vendor, as well as having change on hand for cash transactions and data use for electronic payments (through etransfers or credit card payment via Square)

​

3) load-in will take place at 11am and will need to be done by noon. Vehicles will not be allowed into the lot during the load-in period unless the vehicle is part of your stall/display. Vendor parking can take place behind the EA Rawlinson Centre for the Arts.

​

4) stalls are free to book, tables and chairs can be rented for $25.

​

5) vendors are expected to be on site for the entirety of the free music afternoon line-ups (noon to 5pm both days)
